How to submit a proposal?

  1. Download the documents through the link under each topic and prepare:
    – Technical proposal
    – Financial proposal
    – CV
    – Cover Letter (the information we need is listed in the RfP)
    – “Declaration of undertaking” for company or individual depending on your situation
  2. Merge all documents into a single PDF and add password protection.
  3. Send the PDF bundle to the email address indicated in the RfP with the name of the MOOC/tutorial you want to cover and the password you used to protect the bundle.

We will go through all propositions in the days following the deadline and will carry out interviews (if needed) to select the proposal that meets the requirements. If you have any questions, please email madeleine.coetzer@iucn.org

Comment soumettre une proposition ?

  1. Téléchargez les documents via le lien sous chaque sujet (plus haut sur cette page), lisez les termes de référence de l’offre ainsi que le RfP et préparez :
    – Une proposition technique
    – Une proposition financière
    – CV
    – Lettre de motivation (les informations requises sont indiquées dans le RfP)
    – remplissez la “Declaration of undertaking” pour entreprise ou individu selon votre situation
  2. Fusionnez tous les documents en un seul PDF et protégez le document avec un mot de passe.
  3. Envoyez le PDF par mail à l’adresse indiquée dans le RfP en indiquant bien le sujet du tutoriel/MOOC et le mot de passe pour ouvrir le PDF.

Nous traiterons les demandes dans les jours qui suivent le délai de soumission des propositions et passeront à une phase d’entretien, si nécessaire, pour sélectionner la proposition qui répond le mieux à nos attentes. Si vous avez des questions, envoyez un mail à madeleine.coetzer@iucn.org
